I only stayed one night. Dinner and breakfast was served in the large dining area and had a wide variety of options, appealing and delicious. -- The staff went above and beyond to help with my last minute reservation. I had to wait for a short time and they provided me with temporary wi-fi access while I waited to check in. -- The location is beautiful, the pool and ocean are in competition for your attention. There is a boardwalk behind the property that invites strolling early in the morning or into the evening, offering views of the sky worth capturing in photos.

Every element of the hotel was top class, the variety of food in the restaurant, which changed daily, meant we were never disappointed. All the staff were super helpful, attentive and friendly. There was a shuttle bus n and out of Funchal, and we never failed to get the time we wanted, however as it was April, I’m not sure that would be the case in the height of summer. There is so much to see and do in Madeira, very impressed on our first visit to this Island, it won’t be our last!

I travelled alone from Hungary, but I have never been in a so beautiful place...We had all inclusive, and the foods were 100% super !!!! every people were so kind and helpful (at the reception, in the restaurant, bar, everywhere!!!) Thank you very much, this was I think my best hotel experience in my life!!!! :) The area is quiet and beautiful, it is easy to get to Funchal or to Sao Lourencu and Christo Rei. I absolute recommend this hotel !!!!

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, professional and polite. The food buffets are varied enough that we didn’t grow tired of the menu after a week. The pool area is relaxing, and though it can be crowded, it doesn’t feel crowded, as people are mostly lounging and relaxing (the grounds aren’t very expansive). Our room had plenty of space and it was wonderful to open the terrace door to get some fresh air right off the ocean.

Evening entertainment was varied but well produced and enjoyable. Local Madeiran dance group and Fado were excellent. Room was spacious and kept very clean.
